The connection to the VMware USB Arbitration Service was unsuccessful. Please check the status of this service in the Microsoft Management Console.
Lösung:
Start->Ausführen->services.msc
Den Dienst:
VMware USB Arbitration Service
starten und auf automatisch umstellen stellen
